Empowering and Motivating clients to get the care they want and need. It may not be about domestic services, it is about really getting to know what will help each client live their best life. It may be about just taking them to the gym, we have a client at the moment that just needs support to get to the hydro pool and help with his exercises. It is all about what you want and need. Sometimes, it is just purchasing equipment that help you live in your home safely.
I find this type of care very rewarding and satisfying.
Working as a team and sharing suggestions from staff and clients have allowed us to set all the good things in place of what we would like to see in care within Guardian Angels at home.
My grandmother recently needed care and we have learnt very quickly what matters and what we like to see within our team to ensure we provide the best services for our clients.
